Aysha Kimono - Hazelnut Combo

Crafted from a delicate viscose, the kimono works an oversized silhouette and carries a relaxed feel with cropped sleeves and an open front with a collar. With endless styling options, the kimono is key in the am to pm wardrobe.

ABOUT THE BLOOM HANDCRAFTED DYE TECHNIQUE 
The fabric is first secured over plastic bottles using elastic bands.

Next, the colour is carefully dabbed around the bottles, creating round circles one colour at a time.

An ice cube is then placed on top of each plastic lid, melting into the fabric to form the distinctive flower pattern.

This process requires great precision and full sunlight to ensure the perfect result.

All our dyes are created by hand in our colour atelier in Bali. Here we work and collaborate with local artisans, who have carried the art and expertise of traditional dying techniques on for generations. Each product is entirely unique with distinctive one-of-a-kind patterns. That is the beauty of things made by hand and heart.
